Anxiety and depression are at an all-time high, but you don't have to face it alone

We'll get you set up in just a few simple steps with a therapist that can help you.

Life is challenging. Period. But it doesn't mean you should have to feel like you're permanently on overdrive. There are solutions, and you can start by seeking help.

You are not

your anxiety.

You are experiencing anxiety.

We have moved our practice fully online and our therapists are on-call, ready to support you during this challenging time. Quarantine may bring on feelings of loneliness, hopelessness, anxiety, depression, grief, and loss. Take back control of your life. A CMC therapist can help you navigate through the issues you are facing, from the comfort of your own home. Take the first step to feeling better, and schedule a session today.

Form a better relationship with your life.
At CMC Therapy, we know what it's like to want a life that is peaceful and fulfilling. In order to achieve that, we must first understand our problems in a way that empowers us to overcome them. A trained therapist can help identify underlying causes of symptoms and provide strategies for changing unwanted thoughts and behaviors. Therapy can equip you with the skills to manage symptoms, reduce stress, and improve your quality of life.

But... who is therapy even for?

Everyone.

This life didn't come with an instructions manual, therefore seeking guidance and support in your life is normal and can be quite helpful. Therapy is a process of growth and self-discovery, and in our sessions we promote behavioral transformation by encouraging a positive outlook and the adoption of new attitudes and reactions.  Our therapists have the tools and professional experience to help you get back on track. With training in a variety of therapeutic techniques and approaches we can work together to navigate through the problem by setting and reaching new goals. At CMC Therapy, we believe that a willingness to experience psychological events such as thoughts, feelings, and memories, without having to avoid them or let them unduly influence behavior is to obtain true psychological acceptance.
