My therapeutic work is influenced by the understanding that nothing exists in isolation and that everything we experience is part of a system of relationships. Together with my clients, I thoroughly explore their stories focusing on the context of their experience, including their relationships, patterns of interactions, and other elements that affect their concerns.

I'm curious not only about the relationships my clients maintain with the people around them, but also the relationships they have with the problem they present. Such a process provides the foundation to explore different orientations of their experience, while promoting trust in mind and body logic, as well as, a sense of agency and maneuverability.

Creating a safe environment and a meaningful therapeutic relationship where my clients can be their authentic self  is one of my main goals as a therapist.

I provide a non-judgmental space, where I ask questions, offer reflections, and invite exploration for change with empathy and respect.

Together with my clients, I explore their stories and possibilities for change while considering that each individual is unique and perceives the world differently. Based on this understanding, I invite my clients to articulate and describe their perception of the experiences to be able to join with them and fully connect with their world view.
